TanArt™ founded in 2003 has developed and
manufactured a one of a kind temporary self-tanning matrix.

Founded in 2003 by two converting specialist with a combined 48 years experience in the converting industry,TanArt™ strives to bring a new and unique skin imaging product to the market place.

TanArt's tanning matrix construction consists of a film carrier and film liner. Sandwiched between these films is a water base adhesive containing dihydroxyacetone (DHA). This unique process is now patented (# 6,977,106). DHA is the active ingredient used in sunless tanning products. This construction can be converted in a variety of ways.

The initial product of our converted matrix is die cut stickers. These colorfully printed stickers (i.e. hearts, clover etc.) can then be easily applied to the skin. After the decals have been affixed to the skin for a period of time, and upon removing, will create a dark brown image of the die cut shapes that lasts for days. After this time the image will completely fade away and leave no marks.  DHA is a FDA acceptable product that allows us to bring a safe and fun product to the market.
